Common questions
Where is my scrapbook stored?
On your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, a private copy is also kept in your own iCloud account so it appears on your other devices. Quantyx runs no servers and never receives your content.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. Tearsheet works the moment you open it.
How do I back up my scrapbooks?
Turn on iCloud sync in the app's settings, and keep iCloud Backup enabled on your device. You can also export a page or scrapbook as an image or PDF and save or AirDrop it wherever you like.
How do I export or share a page?
Open a page, choose Export, and pick image or PDF. You can save it, AirDrop it, or share it through the standard iOS share sheet. Sharing is always something you start; nothing is shared automatically.
Why does the app ask for camera, photo, microphone or location access?
Only so you can add that content to a page: a photo you take, an image from your library, a voice note, or a place to remember. That content stays in your scrapbook on your device. You can change these permissions any time in the iOS Settings app.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual items, pages or whole scrapbooks inside the app. Removing the app deletes its local data. If you used iCloud sync, you can clear the app's iCloud data from Settings > your Apple Account > iCloud.
